  • Copy of your Vendor License or Tax ID for our files. ALL INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
• Minimums: 6 pattern minimum (6 of one design or 3 each of 2 designs)
• 1st Order prepaid by check
• Subsequent orders on Net 30 terms. Delinquent accounts revert back to prepaid status.
